Opening a check first shows you exactly which details would be submitted and sends nothing until you press the button, so following the link out of curiosity never discloses a client to a third party.

One-Click Client Check

A Check on FraudRecord action on any client profile runs the lookup and comes back with how many reports exist against that client, the reliability score behind them and a link straight to the full detailed report.

Write-Only Credential Fields

Stored credentials are never rendered back into the settings page, and leaving a field blank when you edit keeps the saved value, so a secret is never exposed in day-to-day admin work and cannot be wiped by accident.

Edit the Details Before You File

The report form pre-fills everything the plugin holds on the client as an editable list, so you can correct a stale number, drop a value you would rather not submit, or add one it could not find, before the report goes anywhere.

Query and Report Audit Log

A FraudRecord Query Log screen under Tools lists every check and every report your staff have run, page by page, with the date, the client, the staff member responsible, the action and its result, so you always know who checked or reported whom.

Fraud Status Badge on the Client Profile

A badge on the staff client profile shows that client's last known FraudRecord result and the time it was checked, with a re-check link, and prompts you to run a first check on anyone nobody has looked at yet, so staff see the warning before they act instead of having to remember to look.

Client Identity Gathered Automatically

The client's name, company and address, up to nine phone numbers, up to nine email addresses across every contact on the account and up to nine IP addresses they have signed in from are collected for you, taken only from the client's own record, so a check or a report covers everything you hold instead of whatever you remembered to type.

Report a Bad Client in Seconds

File a report straight from the client's profile, choosing from fifteen report types - chargeback, stolen card, non-payment, fraud, spammer, staff abuse, support abuse, too many support tickets, early cancelation, illegal hosting, criminal intent, excessive server load, public threats, phishing site/email and other - a severity from 1 (low offense) to 10 (highly dangerous), and the description every other host who queries them will read.

Fixed the stored FraudRecord API key being shown in plain text on the Manage page, where anyone with access to the page could read it off the screen, capture it in a screenshot or a screen share, or have a browser save it; the field is now masked and left blank, and saving without retyping it keeps the key you already have
Fixed email addresses read out of a client's payment records being sent to FraudRecord as that client's own; only addresses on the client's record are submitted now, so a person who merely paid an invoice can no longer end up named in a report
Added a FraudRecord query log recording every check and report, with a staff list under Tools
Added a FraudRecord status badge on the client profile showing the last-known result, gated behind a new staff permission like the query and report actions
Checking a client now shows the data first and only contacts FraudRecord once you confirm
