Sits in the Staff Tools Menu

The staff export screen lives under Tools, right where your team already goes for reporting, with no dashboard clutter added anywhere else.

Per-Staff-Group Permissions

Access to the staff export screen is a permission you grant per staff group, so you decide which roles can pull invoices across the whole company.

Client and Client Group Filters

Staff can restrict an export to one client or to an entire client group, which makes per-reseller, per-brand, and single-client invoice packs a two-click job.

Filter by Date Billed, Date Due, or Date Paid

Staff decide which invoice date the range applies to, so the same screen produces a billing report, an aged-receivables pull, or a paid-in-period pack for your accountant.

Currency and Status Filters

Narrow an export to any combination of currencies and to Active or Proforma invoices, and drafts and voided invoices are always left out so exports never contain paperwork you did not issue.

Ready-to-Use CSV Summary

The CSV export lists invoice number, client, date billed, date due, currency, subtotal, total, paid, remaining, and status, so it drops straight into a spreadsheet or your bookkeeping import without reformatting.

Three Export Formats

Choose Merge for one combined PDF, Separate for one PDF per invoice bundled into a single ZIP download, or CSV summary for a spreadsheet of invoice details. Pick a different format for every export without changing any settings.

Inclusive Date Range with Quick Presets

Set an inclusive start and end date to get exactly the invoices you want, or use the one-click This month, Last month, This quarter, and This year presets to build weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly accounting packs in seconds.

Client Self-Service Downloads

Clients get their own Bulk Download Invoices page in the portal with the same date, currency, status, and format choices, strictly limited to their own invoices, so your team stops fielding "please resend last year's invoices" tickets.

Added an invoice status filter, ZIP bundling for the per-invoice export, a CSV summary export, a client-area bulk download page, date-range presets, a choice of date field (billed/due/paid), and client/client-group filtering.
The client bulk download page now respects each contact's Invoices permission: a contact whose account holder has not given them access to Invoices can no longer open the page or export the account's invoices from it.
