Live Account Status

Both the staff and client service panels show the account's ID, username, password, and its current state on the panel, so nobody has to log in elsewhere to answer a simple question.

Client Password Changes

Clients set their own VPN password from their service page, with confirmation and length checks, and the new password is pushed to the panel and stored against the service immediately.

Staff Password Rotation

Support can see the account's current password and generate and push a new one with a single click, so a compromised or forgotten credential is fixed while the client is still on the phone.

Named Reseller Accounts

Give each reseller account a name so multiple accounts are easy to tell apart, while the API token itself is stored encrypted, never displayed, and kept when you leave the field blank on an edit.

Status Drift Detection

A background check compares every account's real state on the VPN panel with its status in Blesta and records any mismatch, so an account that was disabled or re-enabled outside Blesta never goes unnoticed.

Automatic Account Provisioning

A paid order creates the VPN account instantly with a unique username and a strong password generated for the client, checked against the panel so no two accounts ever collide. Suspension disables the account, reactivation re-enables it, and cancellation removes it.
