Live Usage on the Service Page
Clients and staff see the account's data uploaded, snapshot usage, total billed storage, idle days, location, and whether it is geo-redundant, read straight from the account's own usage feed.
Account Picker for Staff
When attaching a service, staff choose the rsync.net account from a dropdown of the accounts in that server's feed instead of typing an ID, with a plain text field as a fallback if the feed is unavailable.
Estimated Next Invoice
The Details tab works out what the account's storage will cost on the next invoice, including the unit price, the geo-redundancy surcharge, and any minimum charge - calculated exactly the way the companion Rsync Disk Manager plugin bills it, so the figure the client sees is the figure they pay.

Fixed a client being able to bind their own service to another customer's rsync.net account by submitting a UID with their order, which exposed that account's figures and repriced their own invoice from them. The UID is now accepted only from the staff service form
The RSS Feed URL is a credential, so it is no longer stored in plain text, no longer offered as the {module.rss_feed} email tag, no longer printed on the Manage page, no longer filled back into the server edit form and no longer used as the server's display name. Servers now carry a Server Label instead, and the RSS Feed field is left blank on edit to keep the stored URL; see the update guide
Fixed the module group delete confirmation asking whether to delete a Server
Corrected the installation, usage and overview guides, which named the wrong plugin directory, referred to API credentials the module has never used, and promised backup space provisioning the module does not do
The staff service form now offers a picker of the account UIDs read from the module row's feed (with a free-text fallback when the feed is unreachable), instead of a bare text box
The Details tabs now show the estimated next invoice (unit price, geo surcharge and minimum-charge floor) alongside the usage figures when the Rsync Disk Manager plugin is installed

Fresh Usage, Not Stale Figures
Usage is fetched at invoice time and cached only briefly, so a batch invoice run does not hammer rsync.net while nobody is ever billed from yesterday's numbers.
Geo-Redundancy Surcharge
Charge an extra per-gigabyte rate on accounts using geo-redundant storage, and choose whether that surcharge applies to the rounded billing figure or to the actual gigabytes used.
Minimum Charge Per Service
Set a floor so a barely used account still covers its cost, applied to the money rather than to the usage figure, so small accounts never invoice for less than you are willing to run them for.
Configurable Rounding
Usage rounds down to the nearest billing unit by default. The round-down cutoff decides where it rounds up instead, so you choose exactly how generous a part-used unit is before the client pays for it.
Pricing You Set in Plain Words
The settings screen reads as a plain sentence, charging a given amount for a given number of gigabytes. Set the rate and the billing unit to whatever suits your margins, and every service on the company is priced from it.
The Working Shown on the Invoice
Every repriced line carries its own breakdown, reading like "1,499 GB used, billed as 1,500 GB @ 12.50 per 500 GB + geo redundancy", so a client can see how the figure was reached and your support team is not fielding the question.
Usage-Based Invoicing, Applied Automatically
As each invoice is created, the amount on every Rsync Disk line is rewritten from that account's current rsync.net usage. No usage reports to read, no invoices to edit by hand, and nothing for your staff to remember at the end of the month.
Works With the Rsync Disk Information Module
The companion module stores each service's rsync.net account and shows clients their own usage; this plugin owns the pricing and does the invoicing. Install both and keep them on matching versions, because they compute the bill the same way.
Never Blocks Invoicing
If the usage feed is unreachable, an account is missing from it or the pricing is not set up, that one line keeps the price it already had and the problem is logged. Invoices always go out, and a bad reading can never guess a number onto a client's bill.
