To prevent race conditions and similar problems, disable the following cron jobs found at /admin/settings/company/automation/:

  • Process Service Changes
  • Provision Paid Pending Services

Known Bug on Blesta Versions Less Than 5.5: Paying an invoice with credits WILL NOT TRIGGER the services to be activated. For this to be fixed, you need to edit some core files, specifically in app/models/transactions.php. Instructions from Blesta can be found here.
