Scheduled Open and Close
Set an optional start and end time and the poll opens itself to clients and closes itself again on schedule, so you can queue a poll in advance and stop worrying about it.
Unlimited Options With Descriptions
Add as many options as a poll needs, each with an optional description explaining it, and choose per poll whether those descriptions are shown to clients or kept as internal notes.
Anonymous Results
Flag a poll as anonymous and the staff results screen and the export show only aggregate tallies with no client identities attached, so people can answer sensitive questions candidly.
Control When Results Are Visible
Decide per poll whether clients never see the tally, always see it, or only see it once they have voted themselves, so you can gather honest opinions before revealing the running score.
Filterable Poll List
The staff poll list filters by title, voting style, result visibility, revote and note settings, and whether a poll is currently enabled or ended, so the one you want is always a click away.
Granular Staff Permissions
Listing, creating, editing, viewing results, reading client notes, deleting, and exporting are each their own staff permission, so you can let a team see the results without letting them change the poll.
Two Voting Styles
Run a multi-option poll where clients upvote and downvote every option independently, or a single-choice poll where each client picks exactly one. Pick the style per poll to suit the question you are asking.
Live Result Bars and Tallies
Both the client poll page and the staff results screen chart each option as a scaled bar with its exact vote count, and net-negative options are coloured differently so unpopular ideas stand out immediately.

Fixed the poll edit form accepting a tampered option id, which could overwrite an option belonging to another company's poll and move it, with its votes and notes, onto yours
Fixed the results CSV export writing note text unescaped, so a note a client had written could run as a formula when the file was opened in a spreadsheet
Client group targeting now stores only client groups belonging to the poll's own company
Staff permissions register unchecked - grant them under Settings > Staff > Groups after updating
