API keys, tokens, passwords and secret URLs are stored encrypted, so the credentials that control your account are never sitting in your database in plain text.

What it sends and what comes back is recorded in Blesta's own log, with credentials never written to it, so you can see exactly what happened without leaving your admin area.

Login Details at a Glance

The service page shows the account's username and password to both staff and client, so a client can sign in immediately and staff can help without opening the panel themselves.

Credentials Verified When You Save Them

Your API credentials are checked with the provider the moment you save them and the save is refused if they do not work, so a typo is caught immediately instead of the first time it matters.

Client Usage Tab

A Usage tab shows the client their plan, account status, and how much of their disk, bandwidth, website and database allowance they have used, with progress bars for disk and bandwidth usage.

Plans Loaded Live From Your Server

A package's Plan dropdown is populated directly from your OpenPanel server's own hosting plans, so a package can only be saved with a plan that actually exists - no keeping a separate list in sync by hand.

Full Lifecycle Automation

Suspending, unsuspending or cancelling a service pushes the same change to the account on your OpenPanel server, and moving a client to a different package or plan reprovisions their account onto it automatically.

Write-Only Credential Fields

Stored credentials are never rendered back into the settings page, and leaving a field blank when you edit keeps the saved value, so a secret is never exposed in day-to-day admin work and cannot be wiped by accident.

Sell Every Tier From One Package

Attach Blesta configurable options named for the package's own settings and clients pick their own sizing or extras at checkout, overriding or adding to the package defaults - so one package can sell your whole range.

Import an Existing Account

Already have an account on the panel? Check Existing Account when adding a service and Blesta binds to it by username instead of creating a new one, confirming with the panel that it actually exists before the service is saved.

Automated Account Provisioning

The moment an order is activated, Blesta creates the hosting account on your OpenPanel server automatically, generating a username and a strong password for the client if none is supplied. Type your own username or password when adding a service by hand and it is used instead - only blank fields are generated.
