Straightforward Discord App Setup

Enter your Discord application's client ID, client secret and, if you want server joins, a bot token. The exact redirect URL to paste into your Discord application is shown for you on the settings page, so the setup cannot go out of sync.

The "Login with Discord" button is now a proper button with the Discord icon and "Sign in with Discord" text, instead of a single logo image; the "or login with" divider no longer repeats when another social login plugin is also installed
Client Secret and Bot Token are now stored encrypted rather than in plain text
Discord server membership is now optional: leave the Guild ID blank to use Discord purely for sign-in with no server join requested
Two-factor accounts are no longer signed in automatically; they are now asked to sign in with their email address and password instead, so the second factor is never skipped
Sign-in links are now single-use and tied to the browser that started them, closing a window where a captured link could be replayed
Added a Mock API mode for testing and demonstrations, which runs sign-in from bundled sample data without a real Discord application
Fixed sign-in accepting a Discord account whose email address had not been verified with Discord, which could let someone sign in as a client whose email address they did not control
Fixed the Manage page showing blank error messages when settings failed to save
Fixed a stored setting containing a line break silently removing the "Login with Discord" button from the login page for every visitor
